If you book a demo, we process the contact details you send (name, work email, company, role, and any optional platform or traffic notes). We use them only to respond to your request. Submissions are delivered via Formspree. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and similar storage
hepic.tel is a static site. We use local storage - not advertising cookies - for strictly necessary functions: your theme preference, this consent choice, and (when multiple languages are served) your language preference. Optional analytics storage is used only if you click Accept all. You can switch to Necessary only at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
Analytics
No analytics cookies are set until you accept. If you accept, we may measure aggregated visits to improve the site. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to hepic.tel.
How long we keep data
Demo requests are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Your cookie choice is stored for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
